• Each account is for the personal use of one individual only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password strong and change it regularly.
• BigWin is not liable for suspicious logins or unauthorized access, but will investigate any reports submitted.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee deduction.

BigWin logs all activity on your account. This information may be shared with regulatory authorities if required. Any changes to your account can be made from the Settings menu.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on BigWin. Our betting policy is built to international standards and ensures a level playing field for every bettor.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out option is available.
• BigWin reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Bets placed before a match begins are governed by pre-match rules, while bets placed during a match are governed by in-play rules.
• If match fixing or fraud is suspected on any bet, BigWin reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum and minimum stake limits for a single bet will be specified separately for each market.
• Separate rules apply for system bets, combo bets, and parlay bets.
• Live betting may be subject to delays — odds can change during this delay.

BigWin reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on specific matches or markets at any time. These limits will be clearly displayed alongside the relevant market. In any betting dispute, BigWin's system data shall be considered final.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
